1. Agreement
By using vigil.hr you accept these Terms for yourself and any organisation you represent.
2. What it is
This tool gives general information, not legal or compliance advice. Refer terms and conditions.
3. Your responsibility
You're 18+ and authorised to act for your org. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for verifying any result with your own advisers before acting. Decisions based on the tool are made at your own risk.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse, disrupt, scrape, or resell the tool, enter unlawful or others' personal data, or present its output as a certified audit or legal opinion.
5. Our IP
The tool, its content, scoring logic, and methodology belong to Aventura Frontiers. You get a limited internal-use licence; your generated report is yours to use internally.
6. No warranties
Provided "as is." We don't warrant results are accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aventura Frontiers and its founders, officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost profits or data, or any regulatory fine, arising from your use of or reliance on the tool.
8. Indemnity
You'll hold Aventura Frontiers harmless from claims arising from your use, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may change or discontinue the tool or these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
10. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey; the state and federal courts in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction.
